By accessing or using VaultFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
VaultFi is offered as a charting and analytics software service. The platform may display charts, indicators, alerts, visual tools, signal-style outputs, historical data, derived analytics, projections, or AI-assisted summaries. These tools are provided for informational and software functionality purposes only.
VaultFi is not a broker, investment adviser, financial institution, exchange, futures commission merchant, custodian, money services business, or wallet provider. We do not accept deposits, hold user funds, transmit money, or place trades on behalf of users.
Content made available through VaultFi is for informational and educational use only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, offer, endorsement, or guarantee regarding any security, instrument, market, or trading strategy.
You alone are responsible for evaluating any information and for any decisions or actions you take. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.

The platform, including its software, design, branding, layout, text, charts, indicators, graphics, code, and service-related content, is owned by or licensed to VaultFi and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal personal or business use. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, messages, or other materials to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the service, without obligation to compensate you.
You remain responsible for any content you upload, create, or transmit through the platform and for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to do so.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, abused trials or billing systems, engaged in unauthorized access, or used the service unlawfully.
You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
VaultFi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, accurate, or free from bugs, defects, malware, or third-party failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VaultFi and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, trading result, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to VaultFi for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VaultFi and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
The platform may integrate with or rely on third-party data providers, payment processors, cloud infrastructure, sign-in providers, APIs, analytics tools, or other services. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their continued availability, accuracy, or security.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction selected by VaultFi, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to the service may be brought only in a competent court or dispute forum chosen in accordance with applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
