Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for VaultFi subscription purchases and related software-service charges.

This page is written for a charting software subscription business. It does not describe brokerage, custody, fund management, or trading-execution services because VaultFi does not provide those services.

1. General Policy

VaultFi sells access to digital software services, including charting features, analytics, signals-style tools, interface features, data-driven utilities, and premium account functionality. Because access to digital services may be granted immediately after purchase, refunds are limited and subject to this policy.

2. Standard Refund Window

New subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if a written request is received within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date.

After that period, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where VaultFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a special exception is appropriate.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want it to renew.

If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us promptly at support@vaultfi.app. We may review the charge on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.

Free trials, discounts, and promotional plans are offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the paid transaction will be subject to this Refund Policy unless a different promotion-specific policy is clearly stated at checkout.

Abuse of trial systems, duplicate free-trial accounts, or other attempts to circumvent subscription restrictions may lead to cancellation of access without refund.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be sent using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or blockchain network involved.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks or providers.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to seek resolution, we may suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is reviewed. We reserve the right to present relevant account, login, subscription, and service-use records to the payment processor or dispute forum to contest invalid chargebacks.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law requires a longer refund period or provides additional cancellation rights, those rights will apply to the extent required.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
