1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a VaultFi account, accessing vaultfi.app, using a VaultFi wallet or using any VaultFi feature, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented for a particular service or transaction.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VaultFi.

Certain features may be subject to additional disclosures, eligibility requirements, transaction confirmations or third-party terms. Those additional terms become part of your agreement when you use the relevant feature.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and permitted to use the relevant digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of VaultFi is lawful where you live or access the service.

You must provide accurate information when required, keep your account information current and use your account only for lawful purposes.

VaultFi may restrict or decline access to particular features, assets, networks or jurisdictions where necessary for security, technical, legal, compliance or operational reasons.

3. The VaultFi Non-Custodial Wallet

VaultFi's core wallet is designed as a non-custodial wallet experience. Customer transaction authorization remains with the wallet user through the applicable signing flow.

VaultFi does not receive unrestricted authority to initiate arbitrary transactions from your core wallet simply because you created a VaultFi account.

Your blockchain addresses, wallet accounts, supported networks and transaction history may be displayed through VaultFi's interface, but the relevant blockchain network is the authoritative source for actual on-chain balances and transaction state.

Important: Optional VaultFi products may involve moving assets from the core wallet into a separately identified program, trading, settlement, treasury or service flow. When that occurs, VaultFi will present the applicable action and terms before the transfer is authorized.

4. Blockchain Transactions

Digital asset transactions may be irreversible. Once a transaction has been authorized and accepted by a blockchain network, VaultFi may be unable to cancel, reverse or recover it.

You are responsible for confirming:

  • the destination address;
  • the selected asset;
  • the selected blockchain network;
  • the transaction amount;
  • the network or gas fee;
  • any memo, destination tag or other network-specific information; and
  • that the recipient supports the asset and network you selected.

Blockchain confirmations, congestion, validators, miners, sequencers, RPC providers and other network infrastructure are outside VaultFi's direct control.

5. Send, Receive and Wallet Services

VaultFi may allow you to receive supported digital assets to your wallet addresses, display QR codes, monitor incoming transactions and authorize outgoing transfers.

Supported assets and networks may change over time. Displaying an asset or network in the VaultFi interface does not guarantee uninterrupted network availability or permanent support.

VaultFi may temporarily disable a network or transaction path where necessary to protect users, reconcile uncertain blockchain state, address provider failures or perform maintenance.

6. Convert

VaultFi's Convert feature may route eligible conversions through decentralized or third-party blockchain liquidity infrastructure, including THORChain where supported.

Quotes may change before execution because of market movement, network fees, protocol fees, slippage, available liquidity or routing conditions.

A displayed quote is not guaranteed until the applicable transaction has been accepted and executed under the relevant protocol rules.

Protocol refunds, delayed outbound transactions or failed conversions may be subject to the rules and timing of the underlying network or protocol.

7. Trading Wallet and Trading Features

VaultFi may provide Trading Wallet, transfer, withdrawal, market-data, order or other trading-related features.

Assets transferred into a Trading Wallet or dedicated trading arrangement may be accounted for separately from the user's core non-custodial wallet balance.

Trading involves substantial risk. Market prices may move rapidly and you may lose some or all of the assets committed to a trading strategy or transaction.

VaultFi does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax or financial advice merely by displaying market information, charts, signals, automation controls or trading functionality.

8. Premium Membership

VaultFi may offer paid Premium Membership plans with specified benefits. Benefits may include fee treatment, access to selected features, higher usage allowances, reward eligibility, priority support or other benefits described at the time of purchase.

Premium Membership becomes active only when the applicable payment has been successfully confirmed under VaultFi's payment process.

Membership benefits, supported networks and service availability may vary by jurisdiction and may change prospectively. Any material change will be reflected in the current Premium terms or product interface.

9. USDT Radar and Rewards

VaultFi may make promotional or reward features such as USDT Radar available to eligible users.

Reward availability may be limited by promotional budgets, eligibility rules, geographic restrictions, anti-abuse controls, expiration periods and other terms displayed in the feature.

VaultFi may refuse or reverse an uncompleted reward claim where there is evidence of manipulation, duplicate claiming, automated abuse, account compromise or violation of the applicable promotion rules.

10. Cashout

VaultFi may provide a Cashout or off-ramp service through which a user authorizes the transfer of eligible digital assets for a cashout transaction.

Applicable VaultFi Cashout fees, network fees, payout amounts, destination requirements and transaction terms will be presented in the relevant flow.

Cashout availability may depend on the destination country, asset, network, payment provider, compliance requirements and other factors.

11. Crypto Switch and Automation

Crypto Switch and similar automation features may allow a user to enable predefined monitoring or transaction triggers.

Automation does not guarantee profit, protection from loss, a particular execution price or continuous availability.

Where user authorization is required, VaultFi will use the applicable authorized signing or transaction mechanism rather than treating automation as unrestricted control over the user's wallet.

12. Fees, Gas and Network Costs

Blockchain networks may require gas, miner, validator or other execution fees. These fees may change rapidly and are not necessarily retained by VaultFi.

VaultFi may charge fees for selected services or may sponsor, reduce or waive certain fees where expressly stated in the applicable product flow.

You will be shown the applicable transaction information available to VaultFi before authorization where reasonably possible.

13. Account and Wallet Security

You are responsible for protecting your devices, email account, browser session, authentication factors and any recovery or signing material under your control.

You must not knowingly allow another person to impersonate you or use your account in violation of these Terms.

Contact VaultFi promptly through the available Help & Support channel if you believe your account, device or wallet access has been compromised.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use VaultFi to:

  • violate applicable law or sanctions;
  • engage in fraud, theft, deception or unauthorized access;
  • launder proceeds of unlawful activity or knowingly facilitate prohibited transactions;
  • interfere with VaultFi systems, security controls or service availability;
  • manipulate reward, referral, Premium or promotional programs;
  • introduce malware or attempt to extract credentials, keys or confidential system data; or
  • use automated methods in a manner that materially degrades or abuses the service.

15. Digital Asset Risks

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value rapidly. Blockchain networks, protocols, tokens and smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities or economic risks.

Stablecoins may lose their intended peg. Bridges, protocols, validators, counterparties and third-party infrastructure may fail.

Regulatory treatment of digital assets may change and may affect availability or use of particular VaultFi features.

You should only use digital asset products after understanding the relevant risks and determining that the activity is appropriate for you.

16. Third-Party Services

VaultFi relies on third-party technology and networks for certain functions, including blockchain networks, wallet/signing infrastructure, RPC services, liquidity protocols, email delivery, market data and other infrastructure.

VaultFi does not control the operation, availability or security of independent blockchains and external protocols.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax reporting, payment or recordkeeping obligations associated with your use of VaultFi and your digital asset transactions.

VaultFi does not provide tax advice unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.

18. Service Availability and Disclaimers

VaultFi is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

VaultFi does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, uninterrupted blockchain availability, uninterrupted third-party services, investment performance, token value or successful completion of every requested transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VaultFi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

VaultFi is not responsible for losses caused solely by user error, incorrect recipient information, unsupported destination networks, compromised user devices, lost authentication access, independent blockchain failures or third-party protocol failures outside VaultFi's reasonable control.

Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived or limited, and this section does not limit those rights.

20. Suspension, Changes and Termination

VaultFi may suspend or restrict a feature when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected abuse, legal compliance, provider failure or protection of users.

VaultFi may update these Terms as services evolve. The current version and effective date will be published at this page.

Continuing to use VaultFi after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

21. Contact and Support

Questions regarding these Terms or your VaultFi account can be submitted through the Help & Support functionality made available by VaultFi.

Formal legal entity, registered-address and jurisdiction-specific notices may be added or supplemented as required for the markets in which VaultFi operates.
