1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to VaultFi websites, accounts, wallet interfaces and VaultFi services that link to this Policy.
It does not govern independent blockchain networks, decentralized protocols or third parties that operate under their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use VaultFi, we may process:
- account information such as your name, email address and account status;
- authentication information, verification events and session information;
- public blockchain wallet addresses and transaction identifiers;

- information necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, account compromise and technical misuse.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet and Signing Data
VaultFi's core wallet is designed around customer-authorized transaction signing. VaultFi does not require unrestricted backend signing authority over customer wallets merely because a user has a VaultFi account.
Wallet infrastructure may process wallet identifiers, account identifiers, public addresses, derivation information and signing requests necessary to operate supported wallet functions.
VaultFi is designed so that raw private signing material is not displayed to VaultFi as ordinary application data. Temporary browser or session credentials may be used as part of the authentication and signing flow.
4. Public Blockchain Information
Public blockchains are public by design. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, transaction amounts, token transfers and related blockchain activity may be visible to anyone through blockchain explorers and other services.
Information permanently recorded on a blockchain generally cannot be deleted or altered by VaultFi.
VaultFi may read public blockchain information to display balances, incoming transfers, transaction status and activity.

Certain cookies or browser storage may be necessary for VaultFi to function securely.
Removing required session data may log you out or require you to authenticate again.
9. Security
VaultFi uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
No internet, browser, blockchain or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should protect your email account, devices, browsers and authentication factors and notify VaultFi if you suspect unauthorized access.
